Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. A firm in the EU with a VAT number is invoiced with reverse charge. Payment is by card, handled by Stripe; Stomra never sees your card.
Yes: a new account's first 24 hours are free, from when you choose to start them. Stripe asks for a card to start them; nothing is charged to it, now or after, and one card starts one free day. Nothing renews by itself. After that, a day pass or a subscription.
Yes. In Stomra, under your name, is a link of your own. For every three people who make an account through it, you get another day pass, free.
Sign in to Stomra, choose a day pass or a subscription, and pay in Stripe's checkout. Your access opens when the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
It starts when the payment is confirmed and ends 24 hours later, to the minute. It is for one person and is not renewed by itself. A second pass bought while one is running adds 24 hours to it.
Nothing is deleted. You can still open your projects, read them and export them. To change them again, buy a pass or subscribe.
One person's place in your firm. The firm's owner buys the seats and gives them to people; a seat can be moved from one person to another. Clients who open what you publish in the client portal need no seat.
Yes, at any time, where you manage the firm in Stomra. A seat added in the middle of a month is charged for the rest of that month. Fewer seats, or stopping, takes effect when the month you have paid for ends.
Stomra has no AI of its own, so there is none to include and none to meter. You connect the assistant you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and pay its provider as you do today.
Each payment has a receipt, and a subscription has an invoice each month, with your firm's name and VAT number. They are in Stomra where you manage the firm.
